Camp Wilderness employee's 75 people in the summer time. There are also employment oppurtunities during the rest of the year based on different groups and programs at the camp.

Paid staff must be at least 16 years of age to work at camp. Special consideration may be given to someone who is 15 years old.

C.I.T's are Scouts that are at least 14 years old and want to gain experience working on the camp staff in the summer time for a 2 week period.

Commissioners are volunteers that work for a week during the summer time. They oversee 4-6 Troops each week.
