Cub Scout Camping Programs

The Northern Lights Council is the premier Council when we deliver the outdoor program to our Cub Scout youth ages 6-10.  The programs are structured for the purpose of helping develop character, achievement, leadership, service to others and appreciation of the outdoors in these youth.  The Council offers both staffed and volunteer led programs.

Camping has long been a tradtion of Scouting's history because of its is Scouting's outdoor classroom.  It adds a dimension to a youth's Scouting experience not easily found in other settings.  The Northern Lights Council has worked hard to provide the facilities and programs to meet the needs and desires of the Council's Cub Scouts.
