Northern Lights Council Staff
The Scout Executive is hired by the Council Executive Board to give overall administratve and program direction to the Council, including the hiring of the professional staff. The entire professional staff is responsibile for supporting volunteers in carrying out the Mission and programs of the Boy Scouts of America.
