If we lived in Australia we would call it the Fall Muster.
If we left out the space then the Fall Roundup would remove some of our scouts.
But if we do it right then the scouting movement will grow in the Great Plains District.
Say it with me "I will do my best to help recruit 145 new cub scouts this fall."
The plan is simple.
1. As a pack review the Round Up kits.
2. Advertise everywhere you can to let the boys and their parents know When Where and Who to meet.
3. Request the Flyers and Wristbands early so that we can deliver them to the schools in time.
4. Have a join night event on or before Sept 15th. Sign up new scouts and their parents to make your pack grow.
5. Train new leaders so that the promise of Cub Scouting is fulfilled for each boy.

All season sport about has agreed to open their store from 8 to 10pm on Sept 15th. They will have supplies available for the new scouts. Send your recruits there after your meeting.
The report and turn in meeting will be held right next door at Faith United Methodist Church for your convince.
For any pack who can not make it to Williston for the report meeting call us that night and let us know how you did and we can make arrangements to pick up the applications the following day.
