TRAINING ONCE AGAIN
All registered adults will have to have youth protection training before they can be registered.
This includes charter renewal next February so let’s be proactive and get your training up to date. It is as easy as going on line to the web site and to get it done.

Please take the time to do it now so you will be ready when you need it. There is new on line Cub Scout training for leader specific position as well. Now you can get the information and expertise from your own home so check it out. Your unit commissioner will have the training video and test if you choose to do the youth protection training in house as a group. It will also be offered at the round tables in September, October, November, December, and January.

VENTURE and EXPLORER TRAINING
This is a different requirement for venture and explorer leaders. Go to myscouting.org and look for the Venture tab. The training takes about 20 min.
For Explorers go to learning-for-life.org and scroll to the bottom of the home page, click on the youth protections section.
