Year A

Here is a great resource for your unit. This manual can be used for smaller units that have difficulty planning program for smaller Pack and Den meetings. It follows the same advancement plan as the larger Den and Pack Meeting Resource Guide but allows your unit to advance all of your Scouts at the same time, instead of splitting into den meetings. Once the unit completes Year A and is able to increase their members they can transition into the larger Guide. Instead of trying to create your own program this can be used and it will lay out what each Scout, no matter what rank they are, has earned during the meeting. It is designed for weekly meetings, but can be modified and two weeks can be combined if the unit meets less often. Below is a link to download the PDF.
