CUB SCOUT LEADER TRAINING
Leader training is an essential part of becoming a leader. If you currently have any leaders in your Pack or Troop who haven’t received training please consider training as soon as possible. Not only does training improve confidence and improve your scouting program, but trained leaders are one requirement for Quality Unit. Please contact Greta Kovar at: 218-681-3107 or email at gkovar@nlcbsa.org if you are interested in receiving training during a Roundtable meeting, or if you would like to arrange a training session. Cub Scout Leader Trainer Sue Braastad can be available for training at Round Tables. Sue has already trained several people, thanks Sue!
FAMILY FRIENDS OF SCOUTING
It is now the time where the Northern Lights Council is asking for your help to support Scouting. Every year Boy Scout Troops and Cub Scout Packs hold a Friends of Scouting Presentation at the Pack Blue and Gold or Troop Court of Honor. Scouting is made possible through contributions made through the community and through families of Scouting. This years Family Friends of Scouting Chair is Dan Radeke. Dan is helping to set up presentations. If you have your date for your Blue and Gold, please contact Dan at 218-964-5564. All of the support from Scout families is much appreciated.
Thank you.
